The door is 14 feet high and 12 feet wide on a commercial door lifter with exterior key pad. Each bay is approximately 48.5 feet deep and approximately 14 feet wide. HEAT - consists of hydronic in floor heat that is controlled from the office space with in floor sensors. There is 6 inches of the most advanced class 1 fire rated, high density closed cell polyurethane foam insulation in both the walls and ceiling.
