Our Features

In thinking about the needs of north Idaho boat and RV users we determined that we were no going to follow the typical storage model. A model that builds storage buildings and then adds boat and RV storage as an after-thought with a total lack of understanding that non-professional trailer haulers need a bit more space and consideration to maneuver about.

Our difference starts at the gate.

Gate

Our gate is an all-weather commercial lift gate. With dual in ground vehicle sensors.

Fully Fenced

Along with our custom all weather gate is full perimeter fencing. In addition, our outer lot, although not fenced has a 4-5 foot earth berm around it to prevent the entrance and departure of vehicles.

Keypad

An integrated keypad system that logs both entrance to the site and departure.

Fire hydrants

Fire hydrants located at both corners of the lot for full coverage.

Cameras

12 Full time cameras that point north, south, east and west. We can (and do) view these cameras on different devices at different times from different locations.

Assigned & Marked spaces

Each client receives their own designated and clearly marked space. No free-for-all with us. You are parking on a completely filled and packed gravel base.
